Hi again

I will keep this brief and to the point, this website is for you, its not all about me. As with all aspects of this website if you have any questions call or email me, there will always be a happy voice on the other end of the phone or a cheery response to your email.

I began my career in 1989 as a bookseller for Dillons the Bookstore, I worked my way through the ranks and a merger with Waterstone's. I spent the last ten years as branch management and the last three of thiose troubleshooting. My favourite part of the job was selling books, talking to the customers, delivering excellent customer service and the thrill of helping them find excactly what they wanted. When I began my web design company in 2006, I had not related my retail selling skills to my online offering. In a somewhat eureka moment, I realised how this made me different from so many other agencies, I come from a selling and marketing background, not a tecchy background.

I am passionate about helping your customers find what they want on your website, which is why I am passionate about helping you get your site right from the start.
